These Terms govern your use of this website and any services provided by Hire Full Time No More. By using this website, you agree to these Terms.
1) Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to access restricted areas, or disrupt the website’s operation.
2) Services & scope
We provide white-label design production support on a freelance engagement basis. Scope, timelines, file formats, deliverables, and revision rounds are agreed before work begins.
Any work outside the agreed scope may require a revised timeline and additional fees, agreed in writing.
3) Payments
Payment is due upon confirmation before work begins (unless agreed otherwise in writing). This allows us to allocate delivery capacity and maintain predictable turnaround.
Prices shown on the website are indicative and may change; confirmed pricing is the amount agreed at kickoff.
4) Revisions & approvals
Revision rounds are limited to the plan or scope agreed at kickoff. Additional revisions, major direction changes, or late-stage rework may be treated as out-of-scope.
5) Ownership & licensing
Upon full payment, deliverables produced for your project belong to your studio, subject to any agreed NDA and any third-party licensing for assets you supply or request (e.g., purchased models, textures, fonts).
You confirm you have the rights to any files, drawings, images, logos, and references you provide to us.
6) Confidentiality & NDA
We are NDA-ready. If an NDA is required, it should be agreed before sensitive files are shared. Both parties agree to use reasonable care to protect confidential information.
7) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hire Full Time No More is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim related to services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant work.
8) Cancellations
If work has already started, cancellations may be charged for time and work completed to date. Where possible, we will provide partial deliverables for completed stages.
